Start with the HL-MPIC-001 hub with its 8 relays and 8 Analog-Digital Inputs, then add only the sensing and control your boat needs. Every HELMLOGIX device runs on one Ethernet cable from a PoE switch, which carries both power and data. Plug a device in and the system finds it and sets it up.

Every sensor node works by itself, but its functionality is greatly extended when used as a node of the HL-MPIC-001.
